The training log that keeps every number honest

Log sets the way the exercise is actually performed. Run programs that resolve percentages against your real strength. Share with a coach on your terms, and take it all back whenever you want.

Logging

Every set type, not just weight × reps

A row renders itself from the exercise: barbell work takes weight and reps, dips take reps and assistance, a plank takes time, a row takes distance and time with pace derived for you. Repeat the last set with one tap.

Programs

Percent-of-1RM programs that resolve to real numbers

Prescribe 80% and the program resolves it against your current estimated 1RM, rounded to the increment you actually load. The resolved number is snapshotted onto the session, so hitting a new PR next month never rewrites what you did today.

In the gym

A rest timer that survives your phone

It starts when you save a set and keeps counting through a refresh, a hard navigation, or a backgrounded browser. Built for one hand, mid-set, with the controls where your thumb already is.

Coaching

Coaching where access is explicit and revocable

A coach sees what you shared, nothing more — per-session shares, program assignments scoped to that program, and in-person clients who can claim their own account later and convert your access into shares they control.

Analysis

Progress you can actually read

Estimated 1RM per exercise with a record of when it moved, volume over time, and adherence measured against what was prescribed rather than against a feeling.

Privacy

Your data stays yours

Private by default. Sharing is a decision you make per session and can revoke. Export everything or delete your account yourself — no support ticket, no waiting.
